I
have been bowling since I was a young girl as my parents were bowlers and taught
their children at a young age. BUT
I had to give it up. I used to hurt
so badly in my neck and shoulders that it wasn't fun anymore. I had a whiplash that was a result of a car accident and my neck and
upper back hurt a lot. I had years
of chiropractic treatments and lots of massages, but nothing helped. I slept with a whiplash collar on and off (mostly on) for 15 years, used
lots of pain-relieving creams and took lots of 800 mg Motrin.
Then

After
