18. Hydrogen - life keeper Hydrogen comprises about 90% of the observable part of the universe. For comparison - Helium is 9% and all other elements are only 1%. Hydrogen comprises 10% of the body weight of a man, but taking into account the fact that the atom of hydrogen is the smallest and lightest among all the chemical elements, its quantity in a man absolutely surpasses the quantity of all other elements! We are a hydrogen body like the Sun. The synthesis of other elements takes place on the Sun and the same synthesis takes place in a man but the process does not generate the heat. Stars like the Sun die because of a hydrogen deficiency and a man does too. The energy of a man is inside the biochemical substance, adenosine triphosphate (ATP). To synthesize ATP, according to the chemiosmotic theory of the Englishman P. Mitchel, we need the protons of hydrogen, without which such synthesis will not take place. Mitchel developed his theory in the period from 1961 till 1966, but only in 1978, in twelve years, when all over the world people were convinced that he was right, he was awarded the Nobel Prize. It is accurate to say, no hydrogen - no ATP. We consume about half-pound (about 230 g) of pure hydrogen daily, which acts as a source of a proton for the ATP synthesis. ATP is often prescribed to elderly people as a component of any treatment. It helps for a short while. Why? The answer is clear. Because of the deficiency of hydrogen ions oxygen burns ATP too, extracting the same hydrogen from it to remove the chemical detritus that eventually brings about death, which I refer to as "the green screen of Death." The ions of hydrogen, protons, play the role of a life keeper and a life generator for an organism. Heme is a transport mechanism for oxygen in an organism, both at the level of blood and at the level of cell in the structure of cytochromes. But oxygen is an oxidizer, a burner. It burns its transport in sector 8 of the Bioclock of the Earth, forming the green screen of Death. And though this screen lets red rays, which are in their turn the conductors of the oxygen, in the organism, it does not let green rays, which quanta are necessary for the synthesis of heme. (See the sector 8 and 4 of Bioclock, according to the law of unity and struggle of the opposites). If our organism was not able to contend with the green screen of Death, our maximal life duration after birth would range from 90 up to 120 days. That is the scientifically defined life span of erythrocytes, and therefore, of the heme. But, taking into account the inertia of time (some erythrocytes die, but others have time to be born), one might say about 150 days, not more. But we live much longer . Why? It is because our organism is able to contend with the green screen of Death independently. And for this purpose it needs to have the protons! The fact is that the molecule of biliverdin, attaching two protons, becomes the red bilirubin, and after the treatment with the glucuronic acid becomes the orange bilirubin and is removed from an organism as a part of bile - a slag of the "Liver" biofilter. And then, as a part of feces, it leaves our body. That is how an organism removes the green screen of Death. But for this purpose as was already mentioned we need the proton, so we require the water consumption. Oxygen, in its turn, bringing electrons via the respiratory chain, extracts the protons, introduces by-products in the biofilter's system also. Theses by-products are called - free radicals. In our organism approximately 2% of the inhaled atmospheric oxygen turns into very aggressive free radicals. The free radicals are the scraps of the molecules or the molecules themselves, which have a free, uncoupled electron in their chemically active orbit. Searching for an electron pair, they often destroy cellular membranes. This results in cell destruction and the development of diseases. Free radicals are accused of such disorders as hypertension, ischemia, liver diseases, sclerosis and cancer. The American scientist Harman has developed the free radical theory of an organism aging. Our organism has provided the system of struggle against free radicals. The protection against them is based on the use of antioxidants. The antioxidants, in the absolute majority of cases, are the substances the molecules of which have a hydrogen ion (proton) connected weakly to the atom of carbon. The fact is that the proton has no electron on its outermost orbit and as well as the free radical aspires to get it. And in this case the proton acts as "the free radical" against the free radical. The proton suppresses the free radicals in the bud joining to their molecule. But the same protons are necessary for this purpose! The donors of electrons, for example, vitamin "E" and metals with variable valency can act as antioxidants, for example, iron and copper. But what will occur, if the vitamins and metals begin to carry out the antioxidation function mainly because of the oxygen deficiency? Imagine that the iron, which is the active principle of the heme-containing respiratory enzymes, the cytochromes, starts to carry out the antioxidation function. There will be the iron deficiency in the synthesis of respiratory enzymes and it will result in the decrease of their production and in the development of the main attribute of aging - the oxygen starvation or the hypoxia. Or if the copper begin to carry out the antioxidation functions? The copper is ranked second in the human respiratory system just after iron. Hence, we shall reach a state of the hypoxia again. Let's take cobalt. The connection of cobalt to the free radical or to oxygen will not allow an organism to synthesize vitamin B12. And since the cyanocobalamin (B12) plays the outstanding role in the system of hemopoiesis, its deficiency will result in anemia. Vitamin "E", carrying out its antioxidation function becoming deficient in an organism, can result in sterility. If we take into account that the many minerals act as catalysts of biochemical reactions in an organism and are part of various enzymes, then the oxidation of minerals will result in numerous infringements on the production of various biological substances by an organism. This is the cause of the development of numerous human sufferings. We can give a lot of such examples. Hence, it is very important, that the function of struggle with free radical oxidation should be carried out with the help of protons. In case of proton deficiency, everything that we call Life, will fail. As against the oxygen, the protons in the respiratory chain are not transferred by the heme-containing enzymes, but by the flavin enzymes and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphates. The building materials for these enzymes are two vitamins: riboflavinum and nicotinic acid accordingly. The oxidation of these enzymes and their vitamins (coenzymes) by way of the liberation of hydrogen ions will result in the destruction of the respiratory chain and render impossible ATP production. So, hydrogen deficiency of an organism is the reason of formation of the sector of Death in Biological clock of the Earth (sector 8). 19. Donors of hydrogen in Biological clock of the Earth We cannot live without hydrogen. The main suppliers of protons in an organism are water and glucose. But the amount of water in an organism reduces constantly. So, the other donors of protons come to help the water. They are the acids. Sector 1. Donors - water and carbonic acid. Water is the weak donor of hydrogen, but it makes a weak carbonic acid, which is a strong donor of protons. Sector 2. Carbonic acid is the best donor of protons in an organism. First of all, it always provides a proton and does so requiring nothing in return. Sector 3. Amino acids. Sector 4. Lactic acid. It can give the proton by itself and to be synthesized in glucose, which will produce a carbonic acid together with water. Sector 5. Red bilirubin, haemoglobin acid. Sector 6. Orange bilirubin, cholic acids and other organic acids. Sector 7. Fatty acids and other organic acids. The disadvantage of using one's own organic acids is the fact that they require the calcium ion or sodium ion in exchange for the proton. This is fraught with the development of diseases. For example, bilirubin and cholic and fatty acids, giving the proton and taking away the calcium, form the stones of gallbladder and hepatic ducts, calcium bilirubinates, and cause osteoporosis and other diseases; the urinary acid impacted with sodium lead to gout. And so on. The American doctor Gerson did not know of the Bioclock - I discovered it only in 1992 - but he was the observant person and has come to a conclusion that "the poisoning by one's own feces is the reason of 99,99% of all cases of cancer". This statement is true to a certain extent. Sector 8. Verdohemoglobin-biliverdin acts more as the donor of iron, than as the donor of hydrogen. This is the tragedy. The iron acts as an antioxidant by the way of electrons, and can not participate in the heme synthesis that leads to hypoxia and death. We have already mentioned it, but it is necessary to refer to it constantly. Let's remember that iron is the basic component of steel and let's take a look at the colors of its heat for simple and clear understanding of oxygen's effect on iron. Cerise (purple, sector 4 of Bioclock) - 800 degrees of Celsius, ruby (sector 5 of Bioclock) - 900 degrees, sandy (orange, sector 6 of Bioclock) - 950 degrees, yellow (sector 7 of Bioclock) - 1000 degrees and the white heat will not be reached. (White heat is at 1300 degrees!). Free radical oxidation in old age burns us up to the sector 8. The green verdohemoglobin - biliverdin are there. In high concentration they have a black color of burned wood or superfine soot. By the way, a Meconium, the feces of the newborn, is black. But if we smear it over the white swaddling band, it will have the true dark green color. The newborn throws out his "soot". He has a lot of water, in other words, the proton, and the biliverdin- verdohemoglobin is not so harmful for him. So we shall remind you once again, that we are burnt down in the oxygen furnace of the earth atmosphere. And you see that any fires are extinguished by water all the time. In our case the oxygen is extinguished by the proton. Wirthenstein in 1911 proved the leading role of the hydrogen ions in the human respiration. 20. Old age. Vector of aging. Old age is a many-sided illness, which frequently has a latent course and is caused by the hydrogen deficiency. It has a reference point in Biological clock of the Earth in sector 4. A man requires everyday an annual treatment for old age in connection with a spiral course of time. There is only one medicine or preventive remedy - the saturation of an organism with the proton. We should and we can contend with old age in two ways: unblocking of all biofilters with the help of the proton and elimination of fats from the system. The attempts to deceive time with the help of vegetative panaceas are doomed to failure. Ginseng, Eleuterococc, Schizandra and so on - are the stimulators of that, which has remained functional in an organism. They do not introduce anything new and they do not eliminate hydrogen deficiency. We can make questionable pills with the promising reference to the "gold" Old Tibetan prescriptions, as it is made by the group of healers, but Death does not read the Tibetan treatises and proceeds equally well with the healers and with their patients. And it never forgets to take the Tibetan monks with it. The biological science data testify that aging begins from the skin and is directed from the outside to the inside. The skin is the pacemaker of the System of Biofilters and by its aging reflects not only its own water and cellular losses, but also the losses of all other biofilters. The superficial skin cells, which come into contact with all factors of the human habitat, renew constantly: one dies - others replace it. The process of cell restoration is called regeneration. The term of liver cells regeneration is 14 days, the term of regeneration of the central nervous system cells is one year. Besides the skin all biofilters connected to the habitat restore quickly. These biofilter are the digestive canal, lungs and kidneys. But these biofilters have the biggest losses during aging also, and if the digestive canal has contact with Earth derivatives (foodstuff and water), the lungs - with the gas structure of the Earth, the kidney - with the water of the Earth passing through a man, the skin has the contact with all Earth factors. The rate of cell recovery (but not a quality!) depends on an intensive action of destroying factor, which the cell resists, and is equal to the rate of its dying (aging). The skin grows old faster than everything else. During the aging process a man develops the sclerosis of all organs and as a result of it, the decrease of the blood flow. The decrease of the cerebral blood flow is minimal! It is reduced only 8%. At the same time, i.e. at 70 - 80 years old, the decrease of the blood flow in lungs, which is in contact with the habitat in contrast to the brain, is reduced 40%! And though the millions of brain cells die, but who has counted, how many billions of the skin cells die?! In a spherical drop of water the surface tension forces are directed centrally, therefore under normal conditions water does not spread over a surface. Water evaporation proceeds centrally until the drop does not completely disappear.

If the water has disappeared, leaving the surface of biofilters connected with the habitat and burning down in the oxidation-reduction reactions of an organism, providing Life - a man will be disappeared too . A man has wrinkled up, hence, has dried out, hence, has grown old. On the figure 14 you can see, that the skin is the first one which dries out. It is shown on the figure that the more the radius (the more the cellular water in an organism), the more the length of AB arch, hence, the skin surface site. And on the contrary, the less the radius of this sphere, the less the length of AB arch (the less the water amount in an organism). But in such case to place the large length (AB) on the smaller one (A1B1) it is necessary to gather it as a zig-zag folding. The internal layer of such "sphere-drop" man is the internals. This internal sphere has the smallest radius among all four spheres. In other words, when the skin begins to wrinkle, the brain will not feel it clearly. It turns out that the aging of a man goes from the outside to the inside, so, the vector of aging is directed the same way. A blood filtration in the biofilters varies together with the growth of cellular losses. The diagram of filtration depending on age is shown on the figure 15. It is easy to understand, that it is the diagram of an organism self-poisoning. It is evidently shown on the figure that with time we remove less and less organic waste by-products (the abscissa of the diagram reflects the years of spent life and the ordinate - the amount of removed slags), leaving more and more of them in an organism.
An organism transition to the hydrogen supply from an inorganic carbonic acid to organic acids by virtue of a water deficiency, performed in sector 4 of Bioclock, means "the beginning of the end". If we compare according to the figure the degree of blood filtration during the same time intervals, for example, during one year, but in the different age, we may come to an interesting conclusion. The biofilter passes the distance between the beginning and the end of the year for the different time, because the degree of slags removed by the biofilter is unitized with time. Really, the sinusoid of an absolutely young person has the largest amplitude (the longest time of passage between two points), the sinusoid of a mature man has the smaller amplitude and the sinusoid of an old man has a completely insignificant amplitude (short time of passing between two points, approximating to a straight line). The conclusion: the older the man, the faster his life time goes by for him! Better to say, beginning from sector 6 of Bioclock, an organism grows old very intensively. Therefore an old man and a young man have the different sense of time. An old man: "Hardly had I awakened, hey presto, it is evening!" But time lasts slowly for a young man and it is possible to do a lot of work... Wrinkle formation on the skin testifies to a reduction of its filtering area. The expressed sclerosis of kidneys, lungs and other organs testifies the same. The reduction of the filtering area of the biological filters' cells is directed to the water conservation in an organism as the source of hydrogen ions, as the source of life. It is clear, that first of all such reduction of the filtering area of cellular membranes will apply to the biofilters responsible for irrevocable losses of water by an organism- a kidney (1,5 litres of urine, I mean water, eliminated daily), skin (600 ml of sweat), lungs (420 ml of water at respiration), digestive tract (250 ml of water in the feces).
