Representative, and Attorney-In-Fact, for the legal fiction JANE SUE
JONES; said legal fiction being organized under the following
organizational ID numbers [socialist numbers or other account
numbers]; and indemnified under the U.S. TREASURY ACCOUNT [plus
there is a booking number from jail]; by the operation of House
Joint Resolution 192 of the United States Congress, passed in
Congress assembled on June 5, 1933.
It has been represented to me that
you are holding debt in the name of JANE SUE JONES. You are hereby
given official NOTICE that the legal fiction entity JANE SUE JONES
is my secured private property, and all accounts thereof are
accepted for value, pre-paid, and exempt from levy, and held for me
by the filing of UCC1 Financing Statement No. 232340-200303939,
through the State of ______.
Adverse information bearing your
organization's name has appeared recently on the credit report for
JANE SUE JONES; issued by Trans Union.
I have never received any
consideration from your organization; nor have I ever contracted any
debt from your organization, in the name of JANE SUE SMITH.
In the event that you wish to
continue attempts to collect funds from JANE SUE JONES, please
provide Me with a sworn affidavit in validation of the alleged
debt. Please also provide me with the name and address of the real
party of interest.
In the event this debt is not
validated within 30 days, I expect that all adverse information will
be withdrawn from the credit records of JANE SUE JONES immediately.
In the event such adverse information is not withdrawn, I will
accept your refusal as willful intent to slander the credit of JANE
SUE JONES, and take appropriate action under the Fair Debt
Collection Practices Act and the Truth in Lending Act, based on your
bad faith efforts to defraud me.
