If anything is easy it is probably an illusion or a dream. Who has heard the saying "no pain, no gain"? Illusions, myths and dreams are pleasant ENTERTAINMENT, never reality.
Insights DO entertain us though WHEN we see humor about OURSELVES, otherwise the truth about ourselves often hurts. When do you think your goals and challenges are real and when are they unrealistic?
When our goals, etc. are a RESULT of the WORK we put into achieving insights about ourselves, then our goals have real MEANING.
When communication becomes all kinds of information available via so many channels we need to know what kind of information is truly MEANINGFUL to us, namely, information that will provide insights and information that decrease our illusions and wishes about who we are.
When we are choosy about the barrage of info that impacts on us we can tune in and focus on the "channel" that we really want with no "static, fuzz or ghosts" to distract us.
When we know insights about ourselves we can "zero" in on the cable channel that we really like without "remoting" to other channels all the time. Or when we have sufficient insights about ourselves we have access to an inner channel we -can 'always "turn" to and we can entertain ourselves with the humor we see about ourselves.
We can provide a comedy "on demand" by seeing our personality and behavior as exaggerated and our intensities as humorous. This can be ££a_l "TV" (Me TV?) entertainment. This is the internal information channel. What "call" letters would you give to your own "channel"? Would you prefer your own "station" to any other station, what "ratings" do you give your "station/channel", what "market share" do you give to yourself?
With "artificial" TV we can write letters to the editor, or to TV Guide about what programs we like (when we are not watching our inner TV) and we can be involved consumers by taking an active part in encouraging "artificial" programming to become more like our inner TV, or, at the very least, we can know what kinds of entertainment we really like and want more of.
(The students at this point-5 draw what their inner TV "screen" reveals to them, what channel t.t.ey "see", etc.)

This is a crazy world. What can be done? Amazingly, we have been mislead. We have been taught that
we can control government by voting. The founder of the Rothschild dynasty, Mayer Amschel Bauer,
told the secret of controlling the government of a nation over 200 years ago. He said, "Permit me
to issue and control the money of a nation and I care not who makes its laws." Get the picture?
Your freedom hinges first on the nation's banks and money system. Freedom is connected with Debt Elimination for each individual. Not only does
this end personal debt, it places the people first in line as creditors to the National Debt ahead
of the banks. They don't wish for you to know this. It has to do with recognizing WHO you really

I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it. (attributed to Voltaire), but certainly embodies what the 1st amendment of the constitution refers to as the freedom of speech
