Thousands of years of conquest and progress have delivered
modern society to the verge of destroying our only home. As
cultures have been absorbed by an increasingly homogenized
society, we find ourselves being led into a way of life that
further disconnects and alienates us from ourselves, our
families, our community and our mother earth. As the thrust of
globalization expands this dominant culture's reach into even
the most remote parts of the planet, absorbing the remaining
cultures, many of those born or living in the modern world
recognize the destructive direction in which we are being led.
Many of us wish to alter the course of our lives and the
direction which we are heading as a planet.
Mayan
Elders Message of Warning
Don
Jacinto Patsan, a tribal leader of the 'Mam' tribe in Huehuetenango,
Guatemala delivered a message from Mayan elders that between August
16th and December 15th 2003, there is a strong potential for natural
disasters on a "grand scale". A specific day, place, or type of disaster
was not given except that will take the form of earthquakes, volcanoes,
fires, and/or floods.
For the
Mayan tradition, life and spirituality revolves around their sacred
calendars. To them, there is no difference between time and space,
which the Mayan's refer to as Najt. By understanding the various
Mayan calendars, they are able to look into the spiral of the Najt and
make predictions with great accuracy about the future. One of these
ancient predictions relates to the upcoming period between August 16th and
December 15th, 2003. Don Jacinto Patsan from the 'Mam' tribe in the
highlands of Huehuetenango in Guatemala, brought forth this prophecy
because it is important for humanity to understand at this time.
What Don
Jacinto and the Elders want us to know is this spiral of Najt is not
totally rigid. We possess the capacity to influence this spiral
and have the power to affect it in either a positive or negative way.
We may do better to not think of this in terms of black and white, rather
in shades of gray. The elders say the most important things are unity and
"balance". It may be wise to maintain our focus during this tumultuous
period.
The
Ajq'ij (Mayan priests) are conducting "fire ceremonies" for this purpose
and the Elders have suggested that we light a white and red candle
at sunset which would reflect as a connection to the Mayan's "fire
ceremony." While this is a time of great danger, it is also a time of
great hope for humanity to rise up together in unity and ease the
transition to a new era. The Hopi's call this period "The Purification."

Many of us in this modern world continue to seek an alternative to the
destructive path we seem destined for. Instinctually, intuitively,
intellectually we realize that we must come to live in a different way - a
way that leads to harmony and respect rather than dominance and
exploitation.
Fortunately,
there are peoples around the planet that have maintained their
traditional culture, perspective and spiritual connection.
Many of the Indigenous peoples have preserved, during what
can be viewed for them as very dark ages, many of the keys
for restoring harmony upon the earth and ways for re-awakening
the inner wisdom and spiritual connectedness that we all possess.
For many years, and in some cases to this day, these teachings
have been kept from outsiders. For those of us in the modern
world, we have the good fortune that there are those, whose
ancestors had given their lives to preserve their ancient
ways, are now willing to help us to re-awaken, reconnect,
harmonize and unite as brothers and sisters. We must always
be mindful of the embedded culture of exploitation that a
world out of balance has brought us. But if we face these
obstacles, we can come to receive the gifts brought through
the many ancestors so that we may once again find our roots
in this earth and heal the wounds of the past.

We have been telling the people that this is the Eleventh Hour
Now you must go back and tell the people that this is the Hour

What are you doing?
What are your relationships?

At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally.
Least of all ourselves.
For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes
to a halt.
The time of the lone wolf is over, Gather yourselves!
Banish the word struggle from your attitude and your vocabulary.
All that you do now must be done in a sacred manner
And in celebration.

Here is the account
of the vision dealing with the comets and the destruction to befall
America that I was given.
In April 2001 I was moved to ask God what was coming at us. The question
was as generic as that...but not the answer. I was then shown North
America on a globe. I saw three balls of fire streaking across the globe.
One hits in the Gulf of Mexico...another hits near the east coast of
Florida...and the third is further out in the Atlantic. I then see America
get smaller. Florida is washed over as well as much of the east coast and
the coastal areas of the Gulf. I asked if people would be warned of this
event in any way. I was told that this was the warning. I asked again
about the others that did not hear or see initial warnings. I heard that
there would be a very small window of opportunity for people to get out of
harms way...but most would still not listen. Then the only "close-up" view
I got was of I-95...it was a death trap...and those were the words I heard
too. Then I was shown a short period of relative stillness then I saw the
middle of America rise up, then separate into two land masses with a great
body of water between the two halves. When I inquired about what I was to
do...I live In Florida...I was shown a specific area in North Carolina
that I had to be at. I was also told I would be there before this
happened. I am currently planning my move for asap. If finances had
allowed I would be there now...but things being as they are I will be
there in the next two months. I cannot even begin to list all the ways God
has confirmed this for me.
