Scientific
studies prove the protective and strengthening effects of the BioElectric Shield
Since 1990 to the present, numerous studies have demonstrated that the BioElectric
Shield cancels the weakening effects of both electromagnetic radiation and stress,
strengthens the body, and promote peak health. A study that appeared in the Alternative
Therapies in Sept 2002 is a "bogus" research study because the placebos and the real
shields were mixed up. Unfortunately they reported the results as if this had not
happened. Below is listed the legitimate research studies.
Heart Rate Variable Research
In 2002, independent researchers performed a Heart Rate Variable study
demonstrated the BioElectric Shield's ability to stabilize heart rate while
using a cell phone. Their summary: "HRV is the measurement, in milliseconds, of
the beat-to-beat changes in a subject's heart rate, and it gives a glimpse of
the state of the autonomic nervous system. This system controls the beating of
the heart, the movement of the gastrointestinal tract, and the secretion of
hormones. The HRV test is a good measurement of a body's overall response to
stimuli. We had the subject answer her cell phone, this time while wearing the
BioElectric Shield. Her HRV monitor showed that her autonomic nervous system
remained stable, with no change in her heart rhythms."
Computerized Acupuncture
For 5000 years the Chinese have used acupuncture point measurement as an
accurate measure of a person's health. In 1990, the Interro, a Computerized
Acupuncture diagnostic device was used to measure 50 different acupuncture
points in 15 subjects. 1. Baseline acupuncture scores were established. 2.
Subjects wore the BioElectric Shield for three weeks. 3. The same points were
retested. The acupuncture readings showed greater strength and balance in the
energy flow through the acupuncture points, indicating better health.
Specifically, improvements were seen in the functioning of the immune system,
kidney, liver, gall bladder, allergy points, stomach, and allergy points, in
summary, all the body organs and systems.
Computerized Myography (EMG) Study
Showed wearing a BioElectric Shield cancelled the weakening effects of sitting
in front of a computer. In 1997, the BioElectric Shield was tested using a
device called the Compufet, which produces a computerized reading of muscle
activity and strength. It is accurate to .2 of a pound, and used in hospitals
and clinics worldwide.
Pre-test strength was measured in 25 subjects. Retesting was done after the
subject sat in front of a computer for 5 minutes. In this short time, the
average drop in muscle strength averaged 16.89 %. The subjects then put on a
BioElectric Shield while they sat in front of the computer. After 5 minutes,
they were retested. Strength was restored in all 25 subjects, showing a 25.75%
increase over the weak score. The BioElectric Shield cancelled the weakening
effects of electromagnetic radiation from the computer. In 19 of the 25
subjects; it also increased the wearer's strength BEYOND their initial reading.

Applied Kinesiology Cell Phone Study
Over 12,000 customers have been tested at trade shows in a similar manner, but
instead of having a computerized machine, applied kinesiology is used to
determine strength. (Testing the oponens muscle in a clinically valid
procedure.) Baseline strength is established. Holding the cell phone, subjects
were re-tested. Just holding the cell phone significantly weakened 98% of the
subjects. They were given a BioElectric Shield to hold while still holding the
cell phone and re-tested. Wearing the BioElectric Shield restored strength to
99% of the people weakened by holding the cell phone. This means that of 12,000
people, 11,760 are weakened by the phone, and of that group, 11,524 are
strengthened by the BioElectric Shields.
Stress Reduction as Measured by Dynamometer Readings
Stress relief by wearing BioElectric Shields was tested by an Occupational
Therapist using a dynamometer. This device measures muscle strength in the
hand. When visualizing a stressful situation, 94% (of 50 subjects) showed
decreased hand strength. When wearing the BioElectric Shield, subjects remained
strong even as they as they visualized the same stressful situation, showing
the BioElectric Shield counteracts stress.
Stress Reduction as measured by Applied Kinesiology
In a separate study including the same 12,000 people tested with cell phone,
reactions to stress were tested using Applied Kinesiology. When visualizing a
stressful situation, 47 out of 50 subjects showed a decrease in muscle
strength. When holding a BioElectric Shield, all 47 subjects regained their
strength even while visualizing the same stressful situation. BioElectric
Shields provide strength and stability in counteracting stress.
Strength Increases wearing a BioElectric Shield as Measured by the Dynamometer
Dynamometer readings were taken to determine if individuals showed greater
muscle strength when wearing a BioElectric Shield. Baseline readings were taken
on 50 individuals. After wearing the BioElectric Shield one minute, readings
were re-taken. There was an average increase in strength of 24% after one
minute of wearing a BioElectric Shield.
Double-Blind Studies
In two double-blind controlled studies, two Chiropractic Neurologists
investigated the placebo effect. Using applied kinesiology, they found a muscle
that would test weak on a particular subject. Then, the subjects were tested
holding 2 different BioElectric Shields: a placebo and an authentic Shield. The
examining doctor was not aware of which Shield they were testing. Both doctors
found that the authentic BioElectric Shield strengthened all 50 patients and
the placebo shield strengthened no one. This clearly established that the
effects of the BioElectric Shield are not induced by a positive expectation, or
placebo effect.
Two Applied Kinesiology Studies with Cell Phones and other EMF Emitting Devices
2 studies. There are many sources of electromagnetic radiation (ELF):
battery-operated devices, cell phone, TV remote, blow dryers, computers. These
three devices all radiate 60-hertz frequency waves. In 1990, two studies using
a battery-operated watch, a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist, utilized
applied kinesiology to establish baseline strength in 50 patients. When the
watch was held in the heart area, 49 out of 50 people showed a drop in muscle
strength. All 49 regained their original level of muscle strength after placing
a BioElectric Shield on their chest for only one minute. Whenever you use a
remote control, you are exposed to these same low-level ELF's. This study
demonstrates the ability of the BioElectric Shield to maintain your strength
while exposed to these common devices.
Body Balancing Wearing the BioElectric Shield as Measured by Sound Resonance
Research
A pioneer in sound healing, Sharry Edwards, PhD., offered to test 3 of her
patients without a BioElectric Shield, and then after wearing a shield for only
5 minutes. She found that all three of their voice patterns went into "perfect
resonance" after only 5 minutes. In this line of healing, perfect resonance is
an indication of health in the body. She stated this was "unheard of, and most
impressive, demonstrating the balancing and strengthening effect BioElectric
Shields have on the human body".
