For Asking Questions (VIDEO) Former
eBay CEO Meg Whitman, a candidate for
the Republican nomination for governor
of California, had
an awkward encounter with the press Tuesday:
Inviting reporters to an appearance
she was making at a railroad facility,
then not letting them ask any questions,
and finally having security escort
the media out after they persisted.
After the press were sent out, Whitman's
security then put up shades to block
the view of the room, so that pictures
could not be taken. (huh?....she
invited them and then sent them out?.......don't
get it!)
